I want to participate in the tasks issued by the lobby members and carry out a joint crusade, but the ERROR CODE: EA_186a8 pops up. I would like to ask if anyone has the same problem as me and if there is a solution? Please feel free to let me know if it's troublesome, thank you.

you or, they are in the middle of a quest in main story, you cant join while they are doing stuff like walking to kunafa with ysai at the beginning of the game
