Weapon Decorations and Armor Decorations

There is a significant amount of weapon decoration compared to armor decorations.

A huge amount of the armor decos are tier 1 or 2 with just a little bit of tier 3 variety, meanwhile weapon decos have an entire buffet of all 3 tiers, will they release more tier 2 - 3 resistances or more tier 3 gems for armor later?
