Error C319F-0-0:5

Can't play with friends or anyone really. Does anyone know how to fix it? I tried reinstalling the game and some other tips but nothing seems to work. In the first day of update things worked fine but since yesterday it has been impossible to play with my friends or anyone.

i have the exact Error but mine ended with a 3 instead of 5 (C319F-0-0:3)
the only way i got this to be fixed is to turn off crossplay in the settings at the main title screen. but then that defeats the purpose of playing with friends on console...
