Advice: They will not fix what ever causes your game to crash. You should go on a search and try to check everything on your side.
There are plenty of people who have issues like this, who by all rights should not have them. Sometimes it's their PC or drivers or settings, and sometimes it's an actual game defect.
That's why you have patch notes full of fixes, there is even an officially stated fix for game crash that could happen when you block Gravious' attack. So, the game is far from flawless.
I also, a few weeks back had some weird specific quest, and only that quest, that would just 100% crash on start, it lasted for a day and the next day it was all peachy as if nothing happened. Go figure.
There is no need to pretend the game's perfect on stability.

It feels like for everyone with a 40 and 50 series card admitting they have issues with the game, there's an equal amount of people with 20 and 30 series cards that aren't.
