How to fight Tempered Mizutsune?

How do I get him to spawn? I have beaten the regular Mizutsune quest and am HR101. I am reseting for inclemency in the scarlet forest, but I only get regular Mizu.

Rest in your tent in the forest, just pass the time, not the season. It eventually shows up on the maps ecology schedule, then all you have to do is wait the required amount of time for it to show up. You MIGHT be able to rest again to speed up the time but Im not certain if this resets the schedule or not.

It also shows up in the wyverian ruins area? Not the cold zone. I could be wrong.

Try Fallow and Nightime in Scarlet forest, got like 10 investigations, also Mizu can spawn in Wyveria

OMG! I didn't know about the map's ecology schedule, I always just reset and hoped to get the correct monsters. Thank you!

Word of warning: Optimize your equipment/meal/etc the best you can. One of the Tempered Mizu's attacks hits like a truck. It can, and will, oneshot you even if you have over 400 defense.
