At least thats what worked for me.

Windows 10 Pro
AMD Ryzen 7 1800X 3600 MHz
32 GB DDR4 RAM
Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER
500 GB SSD (system drive)
I've attempted:
-Clearing shader cache
-Downgrading DStorage
-Updating to latest AND Rolling Back (to Jan) GPU drivers
-Adjusting graphics settings
-Underclocking GPU clock speed
-Ensuring clean install and verifying files
-No modded files at all, no HD texture DLC pack
It doesn't matter what I do in game, even sitting in tent and the game will crash within 10-30 minutes without fail.

Any information on what the problem could be would be amazing, this wasn't an issue until after TU1 was introduced.
Edit: I'm noticing we have the same CPU and I wonder if there is a consistency with that somewhere?

do you guys have frame generation on? i have the one optimized for AMD
It looks like a common Windows issue.
To be able to tell you more I need to see the proper DxDiag report by Windows

No issues prior to the update

Your case seems more obvious. If you share a DxDiag report and the crash report we can confirm it.
It seemed like I had fixed it at first after updating my AMD chipset drivers but if anything it just prolongs the inevitable.
Just had this crash mid-hunt as the monster was changing zones and I hopped on my Seirket.

Same like above - that is unfortunately not the full DxDiag report I need. But it already shows you having memory leak issues, and faulty Windows components which needs to be checked / reinstalled.
It already affected your Windows Explorer and Girl's Frontline Exilium as well.
Use the tips here #1 + #2 + #4 + #7 + #19

Make sure that your C: drive has at least 180 GB free space and that you use tip#1 in safe mode as described. Your Nvidia driver did already encountered permission issues before and we need to make sure that the driver is cleanly reinstalled before you can continue.
Once you are done, use the installers in this package
https://www.nexusmods.com/helldivers2/mods/93
Run then terminal as administrator and use these commands
sfc /scannow
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /AnalyzeComponentStore
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /StartComponentCleanup
chkdsk /f /r
If the issue persists afterwards, try running your Nvidia GPU in debug mode and see if that helps

Good luck!
Thanks for the quick response. Apologies about the DxDiag, I had assumed the Capcom crash report had outputted the full one but I have exported it from the dxdiag program this time so hopefully it's the full version you're looking for:

I'm about to try running the game again to see if anything has improved after doing the things you mentioned.
Edit: I feel like Debug Mode on the GPU settings has possibly fixed the problem? I went through a few hunts with no crashing only after turning it on, which leads me to believe there must be some kind of OC settings somewhere that I'm not aware of. I'm assuming I can't just leave things set to debug mode from now on at least.
The Zoh Shia fight is a bit tricky for me to troubleshoot. I am still investigating the issue, but I am lacking information from players.
Especially since most affected people do not share their DxDiag report and some additional information I need regarding network.
What I could encourage to try is testing if the Zoh Shiah crash you experience also occurs if you launch Steam in offline mode -> running the game in offline mode.
Currently the major suspect from my point of view is a desynchronisation issue caused by the spiking CPU usage, leading to a chain reaction.
Regarding the debug mode/overclocking - you can continue using the debug mode, there is no problem. IF you feel confident you could also adjust the clock speed via MSI Afterburner and alike.
The problem with overclocking is that many manufacturers sell their stuff overclocked by default, especially OC/Ti / Super versions of graphics cards. So unless you know about it, it is quite a steahlthy culprit.
With the tips above enabled, try your best to keep around 160-180 GB free storage space on C: as Windows and the game are quite demanding regarding virtual memory and shader cache.
For Windows Home users I also started to recommend trying the admin account, to reduce permission.related issues - but since you are on Windows 10 Pro it should be no problem for you.
I personally would recommend to check if you can upgrade for free to Windows 11 Pro still for better stability. For reasons your Explorer still complains about the Visual C++ stuff. But I am glad it is already running better for you.
Did you notice DISM / SFC telling that something needed to be repaired?
