All the Crap-com shills say that the meat-n-potatoes of the game starts after you get to high rank. Well, i did and it's boring as hell. Monster Hunter is the most overrated video game franchise ever. Super Mario Bros. on the NES has more replayabilty than this game.

Arkveld is not an 8-star, at least not by difficulty. Zho Shia didn't earn his 8-star, even Tempered Jin is harder at 7 stars. So right now, there is only one true 8-star in the game.

If there was no endgame gimmick, it would be better. They didn't start doing that until MH4G. In all the ones before that, it was just fight any random thing you wanted to make whatever random cool weapons and armors you might have had your eye on. Now they pigeonhole you into this boring as hell loop of grinding the same 1 or 2 things over and over for rng ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. It's going to suck for months until they add a new gimmick variety like a siege and some useful event quests.

legit question, but what? Im currently farming the armor sets of the 2 newbies. But after that, whats there to do? I got a prety decent artian weapon. I got all the armors I want.
I could min max some more with the jewels and stuff. But ultimately hes right though. theres no end game ;/
