Zoh shia high rank quest

How do I fight the high rank zoh shia after already completing the main quest? I want to go for zoh shias final hammer but I cant find it anywhere on the map to make an investigation and never got it as an optional quest.

You just have to wait for it to pop on the map like Jin Dahaad. I've put in like 10 hours or so since the quest dropped and only just had Shia pop on the map and got the tutorial like half an hour ago.

already talked to him thats how I fought it the first time, I want to farm him over and over for gear is there an optional quest or nah?

ahhhh, so basically, Zoh Shia has a chance of spawning in the Ruins during the season Wyverns Wakening (Inclemency Season), so you'll basically just be waiting to see it spawn (or rest in your tent to get it to show up), and then you can save investigations for it.
