I don't... really know what the point of the Zoh Shia Weapons are.
Zho shia on the other hand has pretty sweet gear. You can mix it in with most meta sets and get some close bonuses while also getting passive health regen at 2 pieces.
The weapons are where Zho shines, they are only a dps loss on monsters that have HUGE elemental weaknesses like Zho himself and they even keep up with my god tier Artian weapons. Plus they look cool as hell.
I'd say mizu is more for fun or if you want the armor for looks, but Zho shia definitely has some potential in both utility and looks.
In case the whiteflame passive confuses you, the bonues "fire" works like blast, a flat 50 to any spot hit and seems to have similar requirements to flayer for you to get the fire to proc.

This guy's video covers it in great detail.
So if you fight a lot of varied elemental monsters, or you are spamming Arkveld, consider a Zho shia weapon.
Personally I'm a HH/Bow player so I wasn't sure if it was going to be a sidegrade or a straight up upgrade, but I'll keep that in mind!
