Today I saw some chars with a following flying spectral bird pet.

How do I get it?

It's a pendant you can unlock through DLC.

FYI, from someone who owns it: It REALLY obstructs your screen, getting constantly in the way of what you're trying to look at.

Yes that’s it, oh okay it’s just a dlc. I thought it a arena reward.

There are pendant Arena awards though, I think. Just not the fairy thing.
