Dont see Mitsune quest

I have 42 rank so twice as i need to see mitsune hunting, why i have no mission for it just wtf?

Apparently you have to complete the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ fishing side quest before it unlocks.

You gotta talk to the Fishing npc in the Forest.
The Handler tells you to meet up with her if you have the req'd HR.

Not true, I only did the first two fish quests and she still offers the Mizu quest without having to complete the other sidequests

The monster is called MIzutsune. Mizu as in water.

Kanya offers the Mizu quest.
I've never fished once in this franchise. After picking up the first quest, and catching a single fish, Alma started ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ about how Kanya wanted to talk. That's the Mizu quest.

No idea if there are other fishing quests. Crapcum is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ joke.
