Does anyone know how can i fight Zoh shia and mizutsune again?

I beat them both at the most recent title update but i dont see them in the map anywhere now, and idk what npc to talk to

They come from investigations after you've beaten them.

Well, the Mizutsune you can do the optional hunts from, but the Zoh, you have to rest/wait 3 in game days before it pops up again. Basically just rest to Incemency condition, then back to plenty, and repeat 3 times, and Zoh should be up in the Wyveria Map for an investigation. Don't forget to Save it, then create Begin Survey, in order to do it 4 times, instead of 3.

Mitzu appear if you fishing at wudwud fishing spot. Mitzu almost all the time bug me when i want to complete fishing quest.
