Why is the Support Ship ONLY at the Plains Base Camp? Not even at Gathering Hall?

One thing I complained about when game came out was the Argosy guy is only at Plains, so if you're elsewhere in a different zone you might not even know hes up because he doesnt show at any other base camp. He also doesnt show up in Gathering Hub or some equivalent to him.

I dunno why they want us to use hub but still doesnt have all the facilities, it just means people will still stay in plains for ship+pollen. They really need to make this guy show up at all base camps and the hub.

It gives an emblem on the camp on the world map to tell you it's there.

wait you can't access the Argosy from the Hub? Didn't they learn from World, or are they saving that for the DLC like for Iceborne?

...also for what it's worth, if you get a popup that says Provisions is having a sale that likely means the Argosy's back.

been wondering around the hall and checked the map no icon. And yes, this is true, you do get notified, however, with the way game stacks notifications, it is extremely easy to miss unless u manually check back on them often. I would love to just buy from him at hub instead of flying back to plains everytime.
