How to make Zoh Shia reappear?
How do i make it reappear? I did the Highrank quest and wanted to farm for armor and weapons but there are no qeusts with the Monster avaiable and i can't find him on the map either regardless of weather conditions.

Is the chance he appears just not that good or something?

You can do it again in Main Quest

You they can spawn naturally after the quest, i haven't seen them show up yet so my guess is that they show up as an investigation target similar to Jin Dahaad.

If you don't want to wait, you may join SOS flares for the assignment or investigations people have snagged.

zoh shia spawns during Inclemency at the ruins of wyveria, you can just wait in your tent till inclemency and it should spawn

travel to the ruins of wyveria and then rest in your tent with it set to inclemency and morning (this is optional but give the best time range for it to pop if you dont rest again immediately) and it should spawn as an area quest

Best bet is to join lobby members' quests who are doing the assignment. SOS's, at least for me, are always full.

Keep resting in tent and set the weather to Inclemency. He'll appear sooner or later.
