Purchased Premium Deluxe Edition and it's missing the new Cosmetic Dlc

i bought the game at preorder with the Premium Deluxe Edition and now that the TU1 just dropped i can't use the new cosmetics, like i can buy them in the steam store but i'm not doing it since i paid for a Cosmetic Pass. Does anyone got the same problem or know how to solve it?

Have you tried claiming it in the game from the Support cat at the base camps?

im pretty sure the cosmetic pass is not in the premium deluxe edition

and I also wouldnt believe that just because you now buy a cosmetic pass on top that you then get everything.

Had the same issue on xbox, you need to download it from the xbox store not within the game, should appear as owned

You paid in advance for Cosmetic Pack 1+2 if you bought the Premium Deluxe Edition. What was inside the first Pack you could see from the Trailer. From the top of my head i don't know what exactly is missing, i htink the weapon photo poses, handler world costume, monoblose face tattoo...and?

Noone ever said that you get every future DLC with the premium edition, and you can already pepare yourself that there will be a lot, A LOT, more DLC that will not be included in Cosmetic Pack 2.

If you're missing some parts of the Cosmetic Pack1, try to restart the game. I had Game open before update and right after and didn't get everything. A quick reboot solved the problem.

cosmetic pack doesnt include everything some stuff like handler,and the poses are not included and are seperate

try clicking on "manage dlc" and check if there the check marks are ticked, other than that idk contact steam support maybe

Cosmetic Pass 1 and 2 are in the Premium Deluxe. I got all of the relevant content. Only things I don't have are the Alma Outfit, Pose Set Vol. 2, Celebratory Knee Slide, Rearing to Go and the little cat whistle Pendants. Everything else was granted to me when the DLC dropped.

First time I launched I had this issue, so I was just "screw it" and went hunting. Then on second game launch sometime later it got delivered.
