How do I respawn Zoh Shia ?
I tried to change seasons but he doesnt appear.

Take a look at the "Schedule" tab in the locale overview. There you can see when the wanted monster is next due for respawning.

Then just camp as often as it takes to advance the time that far.

He appeared for me after changing to inclemency while in wyveria. Maybe keep trying?

He has a chance to spawn in the last location.
Night and weather effect did this for us . greetings

Thank you, got him to reappear after switching seasons some more.
