I'm trying to update to latest gpu drivers, they could have based the update on them.

delete shader.cache or shader.cache2 and start the game, shaders will download again and stutter free :)

If you used anything like DLSS swap or profiles, reframework etc. To boost performance, You may need to reinstall those.

Use tip #16 here and try again - reset the game if you used mods, like e.g. REFramework
