Tough Guardian Bones
Is there no other way to get these other than assignment low rank Guardian Arkveld and Zoh Shia? I don't see an optional quest for either of them and I feel bad coming in on low rank player's hunts with high rank gear. Is there another way to get these? Should I just start putting on low rank gear for new players lol?

To me it sounds you make it too hard for yourself. Just collect from bonepiles whenever you are at Ruins of Wyveria. It is basically lying everywhere around.
