Is there no optional zoh shia quest?

just finished it solo and wanted to work on getting the armor and weapons but when using the gathering hub lady, he doesnt appear as an optional or event quest. Is there no way to farm him aside SoS??

you can confirm by reading the title update notes. it was mentioned there several times. you can keep resting of doing other stuff he will show up in wyveria on wyverns awakening
