Zoh shia armor is waste of potential

A monster with the ability of changing between Crystal armor and fire demon mode. The hunter who carries two weapons that he can switch between. The most logical thing would be to make an armor that gives different buffs depending on your weapon (primary and secondary) but NO the devs decided to recycle vaal hazaak armor bonus. What a waste not only of a mechanic and monster but also fashion, imagine your armor chamging skin to let you in what mode you are on

I was actually thinking about this earlier at work, "this would be a change in how we select armor skills and weapons. Im not that shocked that its wasted potential"

Just tested this thinking zoh shia's set bonus would be like vaal's from world, except it's not. It doesn't combine with recovery speed for some reason (at least at 2 pieces), which as far as I'm concerned means it's worthless imo.
