Premium Deluxe Edition Q: How to claim Cosmetic Pack 1?

I bought the PDE, so hypothetically, I should own Cosmetic Pack 1 already. But, when I see it on the store page, it says "Buy for $50" and not "In Your Library".

Anyone else running into this?
Anybody know what's going on?

Is this just a "wait and see" thing?

I closed the game and suddenly I went from 24 DLC items to 40. Guess that answers that question lol

maybe you can claim them in game through the palico in town

I kinda want those pendents, but capcom is pretty good about doing sales, so i can wait.
