Best to uninstall all mods for patch day?
Should I go through Fluffy and uninstall everything to be safe, or do big MH patches not mess with such things?

Yes.

For every update make first clear that the update is done without issues. Only then you check if the mods are still compatible.

Yes especially this patch as unfortunately they are quite vague about what's bannable or not when it comes to external mods. If your cheating sure it's bannable but what about something like REFramework?. Most people with ultrawide monitors are using this to fix CC horrendous ultrawide implementation.

i clean uninstall everything delete mh wilds folder and install it agin . gonna wait 1-2 weeks without using reframework as extra precaution because of ban system and watch if people gets banned using reframework . anyway better be safe than sorry

Yes. But make a backup to be on the safe side.
Generally yes. Mods often break through updates. You'll have to wait for mod updates.
