Raptor wants to eat the fish in the fishing spot
I've noticed this mainly in Wyveria but it has happened a few other times as well. when you go fishing the raptor wants to follow your fishing hook. this would be less of a problem except that for whatever reason this scares away all the fish. i'll be sitting there with a big money fish only to have my Seikret start to somehow splash the water and scare the fish into nonexistence. ???
