It is not a game problem. It is a PC problem people having.
I believe Capcom has an FAQ with some "tips" you can try.
I would also recommend memtest86+ if you are running XMP or manually overclocked RAM.
You are asking for an "all-cure" where there is none. The game is not the issue. It is the PC. Personal Computer. That means it is always an individual thing. If you do not get that, visit a PC repair store for help.

The only thing I noticed this far is that crashes seem to happen upon a scene switch (for me anyway): when the main menu opens, when I open the map (the moment it would switch to the map screen) and one time after I had a meal with an NPC, just before the screen would pop up that shows the bonuses you got.
I'd generally recommend to save semi regularly as you play - especially when you collected anything that's important enough for you (after a hunt the game saves anyway).
As we are getting an update end of the week, here's hoping that that tackles some of the crashes too!
Since MHW didn't have any recent Updates, and you're able to trace back the date to when crashes started happening, i suggest to check for any other Software updates which you went through on your machine.
No matter how irrelevant it is to the game, the smallest stuff can have huge effects.
I always suggest to only manually allow Software updates. That way you can easily trace back a possible issue and set a point to roll back to.
The game is most certainly the issue.
Your cringe gaslighting does not change the fact that the game has issues and needs plenty optimization to be done to reduce the many technical issues it has.
Yes, some people try to play it on their gramma's toasters and crash and burn. But this also happens to far too many legitimate setups too.
