Rare T3/T4 Jewels

Are they tied to specific monsters?

It does feel like you can most of the T3 / T4 jewels by just farming any monster you like, but there were certain decorations that I could get (after having any other T3 relic at least 5x) only from specific monsters:

- Frost-Crit Elem Jwl 3 from Tempered Jin Dahaad (Quest reward, not Bonus)
- Frost-Bandolier Jwl 3 from Tempered Jin Dahaad (in the same fight as above, also Quest Reward)
- Tenderizer from Tempered Rathalos (2x in one fight, both from the quest rewards, not the bonus section)

So that really begs the question if there are more hidden loot pools for some of the decorations? Respectively whether the doubt is correct, that certain "rare" jewels are excluded from being obtained from "Bonus" rewards in the first place?
