How have they not released a single update?

Historically speaking, the updates usually come out a month and one week after release, usually gives them enough time to really polish everything

We got 4 more days till it comes out, dw bud, It'll be grand

Considering they never fixed dragons dogma 2 or dead rising deluxe remaster I don't have high hopes for this developer. They tend to do the bare minimum then disappear until their next title releases.

While fair, it's important to note that the MH team has had it's own dedicated development team since 2004, so while capcom does play a factor, the MonHun team has a lot of control over post release and has shown themselves to be really reliable! (afterall, they fixed the really bad optimization of world's pc port)

I'd wager that, if given a whole month, you could not release an application that draws a line on the screen, and if you did it would run in a web browser and be written in jenkyscript.

Quality code takes time. If you want them to break 10 things for everything they fix by all means rush the process.

Why do they take over a month to update directstorage though? That's literally a 5 minute fix. Give it 15 if you wanna do some testing.

why wasnt it in the game on release? surely they could have fit 5 minutes to fix it somewhere in the development process
