But before they do that, there's ♥♥♥♥ ton of stuff they could change or add.
The game pace (action time) is so damn slow, it take you 5 secondes to drink a potion, I have to slam keys couple time to make sure it register when you have to take 3 different kind of pot before the fight...
After getting knockback, you take so damn long to get up, like hes crawling... at least, add some rolling on the ground so we could dodge some attack while slowly getting up...
The damn Seikret AI is just too annoying, once you get picked up, he just run everywhere like a ♥♥♥♥♥♥. Yeah you can press Z to stop him, still it take time to stop moving, but sometime you get lost into menu/hotkey and all while he's running not at a good place....
When you enter a coop hunt with 2 monsters, can you make automaticly, the one they are targetting, the default target, instead of making you watch the map to make sure you dont go into the one not started...
Sheeting is damn slow when you want to use an item prior to an outcome, yeah there some Decoration/Skill to speed this up, but you know...it kind of a waste of slot. At least, make items usable while wielding weapon.
I can go on and on and on...
I freaking love the game, almost 200 hrs, but there's some aspect of it that just get me frustrated... pace reaction time to action is the one that get on my nervs, I wish the game was faster on the reaction response. You hit the hotkey and the action start immediatly.

You can pick and choose from a bunch of different buff glows to disable or leave alone.
The complaints that I think are valid are the Seikrit and coop monsters but everything else, no.
Potions take time so you cant just nullify a monsters punishment by healing in a blink of an eye, if you do want that use Max/Ancient potions, these are harder to make and limited in stack size but they will do what you want.
Knockback, in particular the ones that knock you back so hard that you ragdoll, those are actually useful because it give you I frames, and if you decide to do stay down on the floor by not pressing any keys than you will be completely be invulnerable to whatever the monsters doing.
QOL like sheathing, is understandable but the decorations that improve them are only level 1, a level that isn't too competitive so its basically free, if you want to use items freely use Sword and Shield.
This game already been extremely streamlined to fit a wider audience for good and worse.
Reading this just seems like you want a souls game.
I didnt mean instant heal, but the action of drinking the potion. You can't nullify action. Opening the lid, siping it and after the effect start. You'll have to wait like a seconde after to be able to take another one, otherwise the key wont register. That's why I end up pressing the key 2-3 time after to make sure it hit.
I wasnt award of the different knockback, it make sense. I didnt know you were invincible when on ground, I was always trying to escape as quick as possible, which lead me to die stupidly.
You have some good feeling. This is my first Monster Hunter title. I'm from souls universe, thats might explain my complaint.
