I have done both optional quests for them but have yet to receive the charms in question, I joined my friend's optional's and got the quest done and talked to the correct NPCs to get the quest rewards, but, i didn't receive them, I then did them myself and still not received them.. Please help

How do you even see those item descriptions if you aren't hovering over the item in your inventory or box?
