I have done both optional quests for them but have yet to receive the charms in question, I joined my friend's optional's and got the quest done and talked to the correct NPCs to get the quest rewards, but, i didn't receive them, I then did them myself and still not received them.. Please help

just a guess,
both items are in your inventory tab, you have to carry them like potions or traps

You don't have to craft them yourself this time around. The charms just get added to your item box after completing each quest.

Nope it's not there, I know it's a bug where if you've been sent a loadout from a friend etc. But it's not in my inventory or anything

They should be in your item box. I didn't notice that I received them at all or that they were in the game until a friend told me they had the charms and I went digging and added them to my inventory.

not the case at all, If I could post a screenshot I would, No i don't have it all as previously mentioned

If you've done the Rex and Cobb quests, they are either in your item box (they look like demonpowder and armorpowder icons) or they're in your inventory where they might be hidden by default. There's an inventory setting that can be toggled in your tent where it'll hide non-consumable or usable items.

It is in one of those two places.

No my guy, I do not have them. Categorically I do not have them. they are not in my inventory nor in storage, I have done the rex and cobb quests for the double monkey and double hira, as mentioned in the original post my friend got them but I didn't

can u take a screenshot of ur inventory and ur item box, i think first page will be sufficient

You are looking in your items box, yes? And not your equipment box?

They are usually sorted near the Demondrug items, similar item icon as well.
