Is the guild guy the Ace Lancer from 4 Ultimate?
I'm playing MH4U for the first time (loving it) and I just met the Ace Lancer in the second hub for the first time. The guy is a spitting image of the guild master guy from this game. Even has the same gear.

Are they the same people?
