If anyone else is having a crashing problem, I found a potential alternative fix not mentioned in other posts.
My fix was to clear Steam's download cache in Steam settings.

I'm not sure how or why that resolved my crashing problem though, I can only guess but I'm not a tech sav.

My problem was that I was unable to create a shader cache file properly, every time the compiling shaders screen on game launch finished I would start game to go into a lobby and then crash a few seconds after loading into the world. Subsequent game launch would also compile shaders again (faster than from a clean re-install) but none of it would actually be saved into a file in the game directory.

Then later on after I tried some other fixes I would get an error message:
"steamwebhelper.exe - Application Error
The exception unknown software exception (0xe0000008)
occurred in the application at location 0x00007FFFF0FFB699."

Which helped lead me to Steam being the problem so I suspected and tried clearing the download cache and it worked.

I think in my case the steam download cache was full or something so my shaders weren't being saved properly but that's pure speculation from me who's not well-versed in this tech stuff.

Other fixes I tried based on online searches (not in the order that I performed them):
-Clean install Nvidia graphic driver to the latest version.
-Uninstall and reinstalling the game.
-Clearing Nvidia's memory cache in Nvidia Control Panel.
-Setting Nvidia's memory cache size to 100GB in the Control Panel.
-Deleting the game's old shader file to force a recompile for shaders again.
-Enabling/disabling hardware acceleration in PC settings.
-Double checked to make sure I have ample free memory space available in my drives.
-Checked startup apps in Task Manager and made sure everything unnecessary is disabled.
-Enabling/disabling frame generation in the game's graphic settings.
-Messed around with the values for Windows Virtual Memory allocation in PC performance settings (I know it's probably unrelated but I was desperate lol).
-I even tried running the Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool to find out if my SSD has any memory issues. :ALgloomEmoji:

Do you have Steam's pre-caching shader feature on?

Nope, didn't even know about that setting.
Should I turn it on?

I am still crashing 100% of the time on file loading. I will try this method.

No. I do not recommend using it. I was just curious if it was on then it could have been related.
