Insect Glaive

How hard is this weapon to learn? I'm a M&KB player, been using the gun lance because I'm newer to the series but insect glaive seems very fun but also a bit intimidating. Its that or maybe sword and shield or long sword.

Many weapons are like easy to go good damage with, hard to master. This is one of them

They all are equally easy to learn and master.

I prefer using insect glaive with m&kb instead of a normal controller. it's a solid weapon and very rewarding once you master the basics.

if you want a good guide to learn the weapon i would look up sky sensei on youtube he gives a good run down of the weapon and its combos
