Share a DxDiag report if you want advice
General check plus it might have information about your crash. Additionall you can also upload the crash report, but the DxDiag report is more important. You can use pastebin.com or any other filehoster like file.io Dropbox, MEGA, Google Drive etc. to share.
Hm... did you share your DxDiag report before?
What model is your D: drive device?
Restart your PC and then use the tips #2 + #4 + #7 + #16 + #17 here
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3436896664
Regarding #2, put the virtual memory only on C:
then proceed to use these commands in terminal as administrator
sfc /scannow
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /AnalyzeComponentStore
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /StartComponentCleanup
chkdsk /f /r C: D:
Make sure to enter each line separately and always as administrator.
If the issue persists, set your graphics card to debug mode and check if that helps

Good luck!
I see in the dxdiag where it has a D: drive for me... But I don't see it anywhere in my system.
Ah, right - I was meant to ask what model your E: drive is. My bad.
Your D: drive is the CD-ROM drive.
It's either a Seagate Barracuda 120 SSD ZA2000CM10003
or
WD Blue SA510 2.5 2TB
I read some people have good experiences by moving their game from their main NVMe to their SSD. Might be worth a test, especially since moving games using the Steam Library feature is fairly easy without the need to redownload.
Have your crashes returned after using the tips from before?
Since your second storage drive is E: make sure to use
chkdsk /f /r C: E:
or if you have done it for C: already then use
chkdsk /f /r E:
But the C: check is more important.
Keep in mind that it will take a while - so you can plan ahead to do something else while waiting for the check and repair to finish.
The good think about that Windows tool is, that it attempts to repair stuff on the fly, so you will not notice any changes unless it is a serious hardware issue.
I am very hopeful that with the tips the crashes should be significantly reduced or vanish entirely. And if not, we can still check for other things - especially regarding the debug mode mentioned before.
