3D model loading slow

Hi guys, I need help with something. I changed my GPU from the RTX 3070 Ti to RX 9070.
I've ran DDU and also Validated my game files.

Since the change models/textures are loading very slowly and as a result I am having very funny/wonky models pop-up in game like polygon monsters and such.

My specs are:
Asus TUF B550 Plus
AMD 5800X3D
32 GB Ram
RX 9070
Game installed in an NVMe 2TB storage

How do I fix this?
