Started since release... STILL CANT TURN OFF DLSS

i only have a 3060 ti so i know it wont run too well without dlss unfortunately. HOWEVER, every single time i select any other option than dlss, especially the off option, IT IMMEDIATELY CRASHES MY GAME??? no warning no nothing. It just freezes for a couple of seconds, then it stays frozen (but my audio comes back???) while the crash splash screen pops up and tries to report the crash. I know i basically need it off, but i cant even turn it off in the benchmark tool! all i really want to see is how it is without it man :\. For what its worth i attempted to roll back my drivers to 572.16 (as i was among the people who experience black screens with recent drivers) but it still had the same result as with the newer drivers like 572.83. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!

I had a similar issue with 572.83 (trying to enable FSR+frame generation) on my 3070ti , rolled back to 572.6 solved my issues, also go to the new nvidia app and siable the option that changes the game to the "optimized settings" or it will constantly changing to them

THANK YOU FOR RESPONDING! ill def try this and get back if there are results! i still question why the old drivers and the new drivers are giving me this issue? i started to wonder if it was a hardware issue, not software. only one way to find out!
