Restarting?
should I make a new character and restart, I played the ♥♥♥♥ out of it when it released and still kind of am but I think ive gone to far, im rank 100 beat all side quests and now these new event quest that are coming out are for rank 50 so i feel i might be a little over leveled, i was think about trying out long sword with the new run what do y'all think?

most of the event quests are punching bag monsters that would be pretty easy regardless of difficulty. i wouldn't bother if that's your only concern, plus about a week from now we're getting some new optional stuff that should pose more of a challenge than the event quests have offered so far (hopefully).
i mean level doesnt give you anything in this game

But why...

I asked the same question some time back and chose the second run.
I’m on my second play through now and I’m loving it new character new weapon build. this character I’m focusing on collecting and making everything. I’m even paying more attention to the story and environment then I did on my first run.
I missed so much just rushing through my first run.

Your HR Doesn't mean anything. After 100 you have unlocked the last function of the game currently and that is crafting Tier 2 Decos.

Restarting however will have 0 impact on your game experience.
- You are better at the game now having played it for awhile
- HR is not a reflection of strength simply time invested.
- If you want to make the game harder try a new build with a new weapon

Overall your experience isn't going to change much, outside of new content you have beat the game and can walk away knowing you have 2 choices.... quit and wait for new content..... or grind out monster for crowns.... but all in all you are done with the game for now.

Yes. Playing it with different language VO - definitely worth to re-enjoy the story

A good idea, but that is too much for me. English, German, French, Brasilian are okay, but anything more foreign language...

Just wear low rank armour and use the LS then, why subject yourself to the "He's just like me!" again?

Not gonna work well.
The CC/subtitles are not translated directly to the language you can read.

While I may not know everything, the Japanese voice overs are completely different compared to the English subs.
And this is with THE POWER OF ANIME!

Yea I didn’t get into wilds straight away I was planning on playing ROR but friends at work were all

“ you need to get Rise so we can form a group and hunt monsters together and talk about it“

I didn’t want spoilers for the story so I got into rise and rushed through the campaign.
They were around the HR 125-134 mark so I rushed through the hole campaign and got to lvl 112 only to find they had stopped because they said apart from crown hunting they didn’t see the point playing past hr 100.
Now we just sit around talking about the game and iv started a new play through but going at my own pace.
