I do not recall if you can apply the DirectStorage Upgrade for the Benchmark (tip#20) but it is a popular modification used by a big number of players.
In theory, yes. But it works better under Windows 11. Using Windows 11 Pro is strongly recommended for gaming.
To use DirectStorage you also need a supported NVMe, mainboard and GPU
