Turned off Bluetooth Setting in Windows fixed it for me and it works fine like.... 98% of the time now. Something, something about USB event issue they're having at the moment from what I gathered.
Try, might work for you too.
If you are willing to share it though, there are many knowledgeable people around who do genuinely want to help more players have a smooth experience and they may be willing to take a look.
You do not need the crash reporter to get a DxDiag. Only for the crash report. And instead that a screenshot of the game's folder contents usually will do.
