Armor variation colors..

Anyone know why in my game they aren't changing? Like example the Uth Duna armors.. (High Rank) on the picture before crafting them one has the green beads and the other blue beads, and I remember seeing the different color some days ago, but know they're green on both armors. Yes I know you can switch the color of armors in the tent, but I'm just wondering what happen there. Also, the colors in the game look really washed out too for some reason. Must be the HDR bs I need to turn that off.

the alpha and beta armors have the same color zones
unless you have no color changes active they will look the exact same
