Possible invincible monster bug

So I'm gonna start this out by saying that I can kill a tempered arkveld in like 5 minutes with Longsword. I joined into a guardian arkveld quest because I needed some low rank parts. Obviously we disconnected mid fight because why not. After that I spent the next 40 minutes absolutely wailing on this arkveld and didn't even get it skulled. Has anyone else had this happen?

I also had a similar case in low rank, where the monster was invincible. It was already on it's last legs but didn't die, even after 5 more minutes of being bullied by me.
I was playing online-solo, no multiplayer involved. Seems like there is some rare bug.

I also have a case where a small monster is continually invincible and constantly running between two places or against a wall in oil basin, even after reloading.

I assume, without the Host, the quest wouldn't progress. Few of Story quest have this.


Seen alot of small monster on there way out become immune, or run back and forth.
Always abit mad when Monster scares them, and you can no longer grab claw items..
