Black Eclipse bugged?

Idk wether gores black eclipse and antivirus skill are bugged? But i'm not receiving any affinity buff anymore all of the sudden, while i used to be able to see the increase on my stats, it just won't happen anymore, not in fight nor in training with skills enabled. This has been going on for a few days now as i notice.
