Everything about update is awesome it's just that they really really have to work a bit harder and release at least 2 new monsters each update. They already released an unfinished game, they could release 2 monsters at least for the first 2 updates.

Why yes thats very true but it will still happen since capcom does jack about it.

Lets see what happens if people cheat all the arena times. I think Capcom might do something this time!

Dont get me wrong im happy about the stuff too.
I just feel like that at least unlocking a hub area after completing the story should have been in on release.
Oh well maybe they have some fluff lore beads that explain away why it had taken a while.
This is semi live service afterall...

You can probably say the same thing to everything coming April 4 tbh.

Its that barren. Also, Idk what the gathering HUB is gonna do for people. SoS has invalidated that even in Rise.

the arena quests were crap in world because the loadouts they gave you were complete poop and they were also made for 2 players so they had more health. You can still beat them but getting A ranks alone? pipe dream

People expectations on the game are so low, and they are so prepared to accept anything, that they even realize those things should've been delivered on release.
The tu1 seems good tho, we'll finally have an full game release finally. And the hub is nice for solo playing, and it will be even better since we'll not need to find Alma every single time she decides to disappear.

Wilds will be the same. And you can actually get A rank solo.

If it was EA/Ubisoft it would've been a 9.99 dlc, if it was blizzard it would be a 50 dollar expansion (+ the game would have subscription), be thankful for that.

Ever think it is intentional to catch the cheaters in the act? I hate leaderboards as much as the next person, but nothing makes removing cheaters easier than them posting their unearned scores for all to see lol.

i agree, zoh REALLY SHOULDN'T be counted as a second monster but this is what happens when you put in a monster to be thrown away.

Dataminers and Insider Sources confirmed the game had a very troubled development in its last few months.
Bad enough that they had to cut out Lagiacrus and 1 other monster from base game, HR Zho Shia, Hub and Arena Quests.
To do last minute crunching on fixing a lot of things up to release.
There is a reason the game launched with so many bugs, half functioning skills, etc.
