ADD SKILL DESCRIPTIONS TO THE MELDING POT MENU

I'm not even close to memorizing all the effects of the skills and having to google them while I'm deciding what I want to put in the melding pot is extremely tedious... we should be able to pull up a description of a skill in any menu where said skill can be selected or seen.

Isn't it stupid? I remember complaining in my head about this thing in 2018 in World. We're on the 4th release since (including expansions), and they haven't done something this small but important. Its crazy how this team of developers isn't listening at all to feedback. Like in general, the whole UI in this game is 3DS level ancient tech. Are they afraid of changing it or just lazy af? Can't even tell at this point.

Hell, even the 3ds games had a much cleaner UI.

Look how long it took them to finally sort the skill list alphabetically!

And now we currently have no way to see what our food effects do..at least I haven't found one.
