I don't want to get my hopes up too much, but I feel like they'll put in a proper canteen for the upcoming gathering hub. Might get shown off during the TU preview on March 25th.

Fun fact:
After I picked veggies for the first time for grill, YT recommended me a vid of a guy doing pretty much just that, fried effin cabbage with some cope sauce.

He was boasting how delicious it was, but it was still a fried cabbage with butter sauce.
Sad.

That being said, cat chef was replaced with meal invitations from all the communities around regions.

I was really looking forward to the cat chef in Wilds and was greatly disappointing.

Hopefully they bring it back in the expansion, by maybe giving us a house in the new area where we use it like a tent but this time the cat chef will cook for us.

While i was 50/50on the chef the fact we can control when we eat out in the wild is a major bonus.

We don't really need him. it's more or less been replaced by the random meal invites. which still serve the same function as the chefs did.
