Hot take... Mizutsune

I have been a fan of monster hunter since Tri, i played it as a kid and now as an adult i can easily say that I love the games dearly. But there's one thing really driving me to play Wilds and that is Mizutsune. No, i haven't played long enough to reach him but the idea of being able to fight my FAVORITE monster since generations when he came out, is absolutely thrilling. Its even better seeing how curious i am of how they translated the fight from the 'Old style' to new. Like in Rise i found myself enjoying Mizu greatly, but it dint feel the same after replaying generations, but now that i have another chance to enjoy his fight I'm SO excited.

I know a lot of people have been arguing that Mizu shouldn't have been added seeing he is in 3 games but shh let me enjoy it...

Mizutsune is my daughter's favourite monster too... and she doesn't like it when I call it the "bukkake weasel" or make other jokes about its long body becoming erect and vomiting up white fluid all over everything when it gets excited.

I just want Brachydios back. I like punching things and making them explode. I'm quite straightforward really.

I totally lost the ability to argue whether monsters should or should not be in the game since I've been screaming for Gobul and Gigginox for like 15 years and I have come to terms with the fact that it's just not going to happen

Mizutsune is meh, but they do have a zoids collab
they had done alot of Leviathan work in this it's gonna be harsh if they dont bring back the others as well.

No reason Gobul can't work in the scarlet forest.
Although fishing for the colossal squid has me coping for Abyssal since their are moving blue lights under water...

Very disappointed that mitzu is the first one. It's by far one of the most boring monsters in the whole series, the endgame fight sucked in rise and idk why you would bring that back first of all monsters.

Especially if you have insane ♥♥♥♥ like Namielle or Raging Brachy which were absolutely sick fights.

But I would like to see that love extended to other monsters, too. I do not buy one bit that Gammoth is too big, worst case scenario give her her own dedicated arena, it's not like you haven't done the same for other monsters in the past

Mizu isnt gonna be an interesting fight here and if it has the usual skills itll be useless anyhow

My guess, they might make Bubbly Dance apply to offset attacks too and make their counter window bigger or something to that effect, if they don't just give it new skills entirely. They did change the skills on the Rathalos set, so it's entirely possible

As much as I don't want to see Gore Magala it's fair he's in the new "world-like" experience,
Though, no spoilers if he's in, I do hope to see Seregios back for the same reason.

Its cuz he's pretty.... also the fact he fits in the area set for him in Wilds it makes sense. Bjt I get what you're saying :'(

As much at I enjoy Mizutsune, I did just fight it and its variants in Rise. I am happy to have Leviathans on the Menu at least for Wilds.

Personally I'm hoping witht he additions of Xu Wu and Uth Nudra that Nakarkas will make a return as well.
