Sooner or later you'll try to upgrade one of your elemental weapons and you'll notice the option is inactive despite having all the parts.... and then you'll realise you burnt through 100,000 Zenny in a couple minutes.
I mean, it's heresy just to buy potions, but I can't see your screen...
And yes I did this to purposely made the game harder on myself.
If you play the game normally you'l be given so much free crap you'l never really need to ever buy anything at all.
It is useless once your have played long enough.
But big number make ppl happy.
But when you first got to the point where you could start too upgrade armor a lot in World it could burn through your money quite quickly. Specially if you wanted to test out new builds.
I remember having a quite a stockpile of cash in World and then the upgrade system started to drain ALL of it. Actually had to do money investigations to get as much money as possible.
Remember the scene in Matrix with the rows and rows of weapons? That is what you are using it for.
