Bowgun cannon upgrade?

Hey there. I try to found the way to place my bowgun weapons with increasing cannon and the Heavy bowgun one but I can't get it from my inventory or customized, I have to do some event or quest to unlocked?

There isn't a 'cannon upgrade', there is ammunition types and ignition mode customisation, which you do in the tent. If you want a bowgun with the big boomies you need to check its ammunition types in the ammo tab in the crafting menu.

Bowguns are notably dumbed down on this game. Bowguns felt much more "unique" in previous releases. This time they are much simplier and customization options are way more limited. Also shrapnel ammo has been removed, and honestly it was fun to use.

I'm always onboard for a Wilds bowgun hate train, they really done goofed my baby boys in this one.

Bring back spread recoilless builds.

Yeah, spread ammo is quite useless here. It's a shame what Capcom has done to bowguns.

I don't know if remember when you have the customized the bowgun and you can increase the damage, by adding a different canon on the weapon?

There's an upgrade that fires out something like a cluster bomb.

It's not very good in my experience of it so far.

It replaces the counterattack.
