Error R1141-TAD-W72T:10001 and s9041-tad-w72t whene trying to connect to clan lobby ........... on 2 differents places.... Reboot PC, check integrity, disable windows defender....

Can't play Solo.... private lobby, recommanded lobby.... Great job Capcom's dev.... and it 70€ ....... ok.....

found the fix, actually it's not a fix just a workaround. my gf got the same error on her ps5 after restarting the game. I've turned off the router and back on. tried to connect to a lobby x5 and it worked. same on gfs ps5 had to try several times. no need to reset your network, they pushed something on that update that made a mess it looks like the network interface from either pc or ps5 gets yeeted for a sec and loses connection to all services.
