Am I the only one not experiencing performance issues?

I keep seeing people whining about performance issues but I literally have 0 fps drops and I'm running smooth 120 fps on high preset settings.

Are people's PC setups really this bad or are they just jumping on a hate bandwagon without even playing the game themselves?

Too bad the game is advertised as recommended DDR4 base hardware and on those the game does not live up to the promise

Sure your fps counter might say "100fps" on DLSS+FrameGen, but it will not play or look like it at all.

It's not just ugly it has now crashed twice during my Arkveld fight. If sth crashes in the same situation/time then it's the game fault. It so bad unbelievable

Most likely they just got bad settings or a lot of fundamental problems with their pc.

No hate wagon, just the reality. I had no complaint before today's update.

Before update I was playing Ultra - Shadows High with Frame Gen on 80 - 100 FPS (Ray Tracing High), no stutters.

Playing in all Low with Frame Gen on and Ray Tracing off would get me 90+ FPS.

After Update: Game doesn't pass 80 FPS, I get stutters whenever I am fighting Tempered Apex, (Bad Stutters, around 18 FPS drop and 20). Even after putting settings on all low with Frame Gen and RT off game doesn't pass the 80 FPS and plays a bit worse than High...

I want to add up that I have done same settings before and after update and after update my game struggles to get to 80, my game plays in the 60s and 70s, WITH STUTTERS.

I am 100% sure this update broke something, I am not the only one.

You might reply by saying that 60s and 70s is not bad, which is true, however I am stuttering, before the update I had 0 stutters... after update, every temper fight gives me like 5 stutters every 3 to 5 minute, and it drops BAD...

Adding up to the above, "Tweaking" my settings, do not work. Atleast for me... playing the game on High gives me the same FPS as if I am playing on all LOW. This never happened before the update.

I can send screenshots or record for proof. I love MH Wilds, but after this update I cannot defend the fact that there are no performance issues.

Helldivers 2 is running at native 2k at 120Hz
cyberpunk 2077 is running at native 2k at 100Hz

monster hunter wilds is running at 2k in DLSS Performance Mode slightly above 60fps

It could be better. Worse, is that it tends to crash frequently.

Overall, I'm doing pretty well. I'm on Linux, running it on an AMD RX7900GRE. I can push it higher, but 1920x1080 with everything on the highest settings that I want, and no upscaling or frame generation, running smoothly at 60. I had success running in 4k as well, but that stayed around 50FPS, so I just went back to HD.

I get 1-2 crashes per day, depending how much I play. I can deal with the performance, but I really hope they get the crashes figured out.

You are having performance issues. Just because you don’t notice them it doesn’t mean they aren’t happening. You 100% are getting frame dips, cpu usage over whatever should be necessary, texture pop-in, dithering and more.

If top of the line pcs are experiencing these issues with newest hardware then you certainly are experiencing some form of these issues. Whether you notice or care is a different argument.

I had zero crashes since day 1. I finished low rank story mode missions without a single issue.

No, you are not the only one. I have been playing at the highest setting since launch and have had basically no issues.

That being said, there are plenty of people who are truly experiencing issues with running the game. What you're seeing is people doing what people always do - creating false dichotomies to rally behind. In this case, it's along the lines of 'You're either having framerate issues or you're lying about having framerate issues."

The truth is that both circumstances exist: people who run the game just fine, and people who don't. And the people who run the game just fine don't invalidate the people who can't, but that isn't quite as rage worthy.
