Automatically putting on mantle??
Why is my hunter putting on the mantle automatically? I'm playing GL and sometimes when I try to guard a big attack my hunter will decide to put on the mantle on his own, without any input from me. I carted a few times because of this.

Why is this? Is there a default setting that automatically equips mantle when it's ready? Super annoying.

Hmm, never had mine auto put one on. But their is a keybind that you press to equip it.

Holding the left bumper and pulling the right trigger equips your secondary mantle.

There is a keybind equip the mantle without stowing your weapon : L1/LB + R2/RT. if you are in focus mode and press R2/RT to guard, you will instead equip your current mantle

I have an issue where it uses the item it's on when I cycle through the quick bar. So when I use an item and start cycling it uses it again, for mantles, it takes it off. very irritating, never happened in World.
